| Youghal Heritage Trail |
This is a comprehensive walk of Old Youghal taking in some of the most important landmarks in Youghals history. This is best experienced by taking a guided tour. (Each day at 11.00 am from Tourist Office)
Commencing at the Youghal Visitor Centre, Market Square, this route follows along 17 sites all marked by a series of sequential signposts, and includes some of the most important landmarks in the town.
The 13th century town walls, St. Marys Collegiate Church and the Watergate are just a few examples of its historical past which are still intact.
